Classes

Mat work, sculpt work, and a place to start

Every class runs on mats with bands, balls and light hand weights kept at the studio. Tell us where you are and we will scale the work to you.

All levels45 minutes

Mat Pilates

Classic mat work: controlled, breath led, and built around your deep core.

A full mat sequence that moves through the spine, hips and abdominals with slow, precise reps. The instructor cues every exercise out loud, so you can follow along on day one and still feel challenged on day thirty.

  • Deep core
  • Spinal mobility
  • Posture

Sculpt

Light weights, high reps, short rests. Pilates form with a stronger burn.

Small hand weights, bands and body weight stacked into supersets. You keep the Pilates cues, add load, and finish with shaky legs and a clear head.

  • Glutes and legs
  • Upper body
  • Muscular endurance

Pilates Sculpt Flow

Half mat Pilates, half sculpt. The class to book when you want both.

Starts on the mat with warm up and core, then picks up weights and bands for the second half. A good weekly anchor if you can only make one class.

  • Full body strength
  • Conditioning

Red Light Therapy Mat

Mat Pilates paired with built-in red light therapy. The first studio in Orange County to offer it.

The mats themselves deliver red light therapy while you move through a low-impact Pilates sequence. A gentle way to warm up recovery, support the core, and leave the room feeling lighter than when you walked in.

  • Red light therapy
  • Recovery
  • Deep core

Foundations

Never done Pilates? Start here. Slower pace, more cueing, no experience needed.

The same principles, taught step by step: breathing, neutral spine, pelvic placement and the handful of exercises the rest of the schedule is built on. Come as you are.

Before you come

What to expect

I have never taken Pilates. Is this for me?
Yes. Foundations is built for first timers, and every other class on the schedule has a modified option for each exercise. Say it is your first class when you call and the instructor will keep an eye on you.
What should I bring?
Your own mat towel, water, grip socks and clothes you can move in. Mats, bands, balls and light weights are provided at the studio.
Is this reformer Pilates?
No. Lily Pilates & Sculpt is a mat studio. Classes use mats, bands, balls and light hand weights rather than reformer machines.
How do I book a class?
Book online from the schedule on our Book page, or call or text the studio at (949) 761-0985.
How big are the classes?
Small. The studio is an intimate space, which is why spots are held by phone for now.
Where exactly are you?
2313 E 17th Street in Santa Ana, a few doors down from Lily Aesthetics, the body studio Lily also runs.
