Pink studio room with arched lit mirrors, light wood floors and neon signs reading Pilates in Pink and Only Hotties Do Pilates

Santa Ana, California

Strong core, calm head, 45 minutes at a time.

Mat Pilates and sculpt classes for people who want to move well, not compete. Small groups on 17th Street, led by trained instructors.

Who it is for

You want to feel strong again without wrecking yourself to get there

Maybe your back hurts by Wednesday. Maybe the gym never stuck. Mat Pilates builds the deep muscles that hold you up, and sculpt adds enough load to change how you feel by the end of the month.

Good to know

Questions people ask first

I have never taken Pilates. Is this for me?
Yes. Foundations is built for first timers, and every other class on the schedule has a modified option for each exercise. Say it is your first class when you call and the instructor will keep an eye on you.
What should I bring?
Your own mat towel, water, grip socks and clothes you can move in. Mats, bands, balls and light weights are provided at the studio.
Is this reformer Pilates?
No. Lily Pilates & Sculpt is a mat studio. Classes use mats, bands, balls and light hand weights rather than reformer machines.
How do I book a class?
Book online from the schedule on our Book page, or call or text the studio at (949) 761-0985.
How big are the classes?
Small. The studio is an intimate space, which is why spots are held by phone for now.
Where exactly are you?
2313 E 17th Street in Santa Ana, a few doors down from Lily Aesthetics, the body studio Lily also runs.
